This is Kathy...she's a friend of mine who happens to be the most kickass HR person in the history of both HR and persons....oh, and she's cooooooooooooool.
Until now I have not heard anyone praise a person in working HR so enthusiastically. Kathy must be truly awesome indeed! Congratulations to her, and to you Matthew for being so out in front on this.
I'm sure coolness is a genuine plus to her awesome HR-ness. HR people who are definitely cool deserve all the kudos they can get. Best wishes to kathy.
