In case any of you were wondering (and I know some of you are) there is no motion capture of any kind in TF2 (the game or the videos.) It's all hand crafted keyframe goodness.
YAY KEYFRAME!!!! YAY TEAM FORTRESS!!! THAT WAS SO FUN LAST NIGHT!!! I LED THE SERVER MULITPLE TIMES MATTHEW!!! AND I KEPT YOU ALIVE WITH MY MEDIC!!! DID YOU SEE ME!!!! I WAS LIKE THE TERMINATOR!!!!

I never questioned it, but it is nice to have the air cleared.
